Information about the day

Well this year, why not enjoy some of your own creations with your Christmas food? I’ve created this full day course for you to learn & make some of the staple Christmas preserves for yourself.

Christmas isn’t Christmas until you’ve put out a Mince Pie & a glass of something boozy for Father Christmas when he’s ventured down the chimney. Or had some delicious Jelly with your turkey or Goose for your Christmas lunch; not to mention a delicious chutney or some pickle to enjoy with the cheeseboard or all that leftover turkey.

Worry not my little Elves I will show you how to make some scrumptious Mincemeat, plus a delicious Chutney, Jelly & Pickle to add to your cheese board & for your cold cut leftovers. You will take home your own creations for you & your friends & family to enjoy. So when your friends & family ask “where did you find these delicious morsels?” you can proudly say “Why they are made by me of course”.

Everything you need for the day is provided, apart from a tote bag or something to carry home your delicious creations in.

I truly ho, ho, hope you will join me for a full day of Christmas delights in my Somerset Kitchen.
