I don’t like wasting food & preserving was a tradition of using up your gluts rather than wasting them. So bring me your gluts & we’ll make some delicious preserves with them.
Information about the day
Once you have booked onto the course, I will contact you nearer the time to work discuss what you’ll be bringing & weather you would prefer sweet or savoury. Then I will work out a recipe & we’ll get to making it on the course.
The day will be hands on, as usual & you’ll take home all you make – everything you will need is provided, just bring your glut of fruit or vegetables & we’ll create something delicious.
I do hope you will want to use you some of your delicious fresh produce & all us to play a little in the kitchen so that you can take home something delicious for you & the family to enjoy.
Then when you are faced with a glut in the coming years, you will look forward to it, not just wonder who you can give more courgettes or beans too.
