Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order can only be accepted via email or letter, before the order has been despatched, using our Cancellation form.

If goods has been despatched you should follow the returns policy below.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused within 14 calendar days of receipt & we will refund the price. Please complete & email us the Cancellation Form so we can provide details of where you must return the Goods and other relevant instructions.

We will not pay the return postage. We recommend that if items are returned, a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received & checked by Bumblee’s Preserves.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please notify us via email (bumblees@live.co.uk) immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In the event of a signed for delivery, where the package is clearly damaged, either reject the delivery or if accepted, only do so by signing for as “Damaged”.

In such cases, we will refund the costs of postage. Please email us for assistance at bumblees@live.co.uk.

We are not able to accept returns of some items, please contact us for specific information regarding these. For example, where;

–              goods are bespoke or have been personalised specifically for you

–              sealed goods have become unsealed or tampered with after delivery

–              the goods have been used
